Role: Program Manager- Insurance

Location: NYC, NY

Working Mode: Onsite

JD: -

Required PM experience: 5+ years
Bachelor's degree with more than 15+ years of IT experience
5+ years of Program Management experience in Program planning and oversight across all initiatives
Good experience in both water fall and Agile practices
Experience to handle teams across multiple regions
3+ years of experience in PowerPoint skills,
Communication skills must be excellent
Lead and manage a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects.
Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
Stay up to date with industry's best practices and trends in project management and implement relevant methodologies and tools.
