Location: North Andover, MA - Onsite / Hybrid

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in .NET technologies, AWS cloud services, and test automation. You will own the automation strategy across the .NET stack and our AWS-hosted platforms, architect the frameworks other engineers build on, and embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle rather than bolting it on at the end. Beyond writing code, you will mentor SDETs and developers, shape testing standards, and act as a strategic quality partner to engineering and product leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9–13 years of experience in software testing and automation, including time in a lead or senior technical role.
• Deep hands-on experience with C# / .NET automation and framework architecture.
• Proven experience testing AWS cloud-native applications at scale.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and setting quality standards across teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps and microservices.
