Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow HAM Pro Lead Developer to support an engagement in Sunnyvale, California. This role requires strong end-to-end ServiceNow development experience and close collaboration with the client's development teams. The position is suitable for candidates at the Team Lead to Senior Specialist level with 5-8 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions.
- Work hands-on across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, building, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate closely with client development and architecture teams.
- Configure asset lifecycle management, hardware models, stockrooms, audits, and normalization.
- Develop and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flows.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support for enhancements and defect fixes.
Qualifications: - 5-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro (mandatory).
- Proven hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills within the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience working in large enterprise, client-facing environments.
Nice to Have: - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, HAM Pro).
- Agile/Scrum experience.

Pay Range: $85 - $90
