Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce client is looking for an SAP FI Support Analyst to work on-site 5 days a week in Parsippany, NJ. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Duties Include:
* SAP FI Support Analyst for FI Modules including AR, AP, Banking
* Provide support and address any defects or issues that arise in these areas
* Potential examples include EBS, Lockbox, Interfaces with external banks (IDOCS), Credit Control Areas and credit functionality, Payment Runs
* Responsible for completing various independent improvement implementations
* Lead the initiatives according to Client policies and procedures and manage through the Lifecycle (including Requirements, Design, and Build, Testing, Training, and Deploy and Sustain phases)
* Provide support and assistance to various projects that relate to AR, AP and Banking
* Serve as a liaison between business, functional and technical resources to manage and deliver above improvements, project deliverables and issue resolutions.
* Participate in other activities and initiatives deemed necessary to support the Business and the IT organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of business analyst or functional analyst experience in SAP FI (GL, CO, AR, AP, Banking)
* Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency
* Self-reliant Individual with demonstrated ability to quickly add value to an organization
* Demonstrated experience working with business users and team members across multiple locations and departments
* Proven ability to learn new processes/applications in order to support related users
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to discuss issues and initiatives appropriately with all levels of the organization
* Ability to communicate clearly and facilitate meetings with specific outcomes
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate conflict while working with parties toward acceptable solution which satisfies the spirit of the requirement
* Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and SharePoint

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
