We're Hiring: Technical Specialist – Mid-Level (SharePoint / Business Analyst)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist – Mid-Level with strong expertise in SharePoint solution design, business analysis, and business process improvement.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support custom SharePoint and web-based solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications.

• Develop prototypes and support workflows, applications, and business processes.

• Support testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of SharePoint solutions.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop user training materials and technical documentation.

• Provide user training and ongoing application support.

• Lead solution design activities and provide guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Trainer, or QA Analyst.

• Strong experience with SharePoint business analysis and solution design.

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.

• Experience gathering requirements and preparing user stories.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and re-engineering.

• Experience with application testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.

• Experience developing training materials and documentation.

• Knowledge of the full application development lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Platform workflows.

• Knowledge of enterprise content management solutions.

• Experience with transportation-related business processes.

• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
