This position 100% onsite.The
Application Engineer II provides technical support for
commercial refrigeration equipment, including commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance across our broad portfolio of products and solutions.
Our team plays a key role in supporting outside sales teams, customers, and end users by providing expert pre- and post-sales refrigeration application support. Responsibilities include product selection, quotation assistance, system configuration, and troubleshooting of both standard and complex refrigeration systems. In this role, you will help ensure customers receive exceptional support while contributing to the successful application of our products. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with industry-leading engineers on both product and software development initiatives.
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Provide technical support to customers in the setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and operation of refrigeration products.
- Deliver training to sales teams and customers on product features, applications, and best practices.
- Develop customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications as needed.
- Assist with product selection, application guidance, and resolution of technical issues.
- Support cross-functional teams in driving product improvements and customer success.
What We Are Looking For- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 1 year related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
- Has substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $78,000 - $103,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
