Position: Lead Angular Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Angular Developer to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for defining the technical direction of the front-end, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of clean, maintainable code using the latest Angular best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and Develop: Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular.
Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Standards & Quality: Establish coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and maintain best practices across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code and work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure maximum speed and scalability.
Modernization: Drive the adoption of new Angular features (e.g., Signals, Standalone Components) and manage legacy migrations.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Core Framework: Expert-level proficiency in Angular (v14+) and TypeScript.
Web Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
State Management: Strong experience with RxJS and state management libraries like NgRx or NGXS.
Testing: Proficiency in unit and integration testing using Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
Tools: Mastery of Git, Angular CLI, NPM/Yarn, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience: Typically 5+ years in front-end development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior capacity.
