Systems Engineer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Sacaton, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position that requires expertise in managing and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and demonstrate proficiency in key technologies that support business operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Administer and configure Microsoft Windows Server to support organizational needs.
Oversee Azure Active Directory operations, including identity management and access controls.
Implement and support Citrix technologies to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange systems to ensure reliable communication.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy system upgrades and new solutions.
Monitor system performance and address any issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and enforce security protocols to protect systems and data.
Provide technical support and guidance to users to resolve IT-related challenges.
Document system configurations and processes for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Active Directory environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.
Hands-on expertise in Azure Active Directory, including security and identity management.
Familiarity with Citrix technologies and their implementation.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Strong documentation skills for system processes and configurations.
