Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Strategy Project Manager to lead and drive large-scale data and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and delivery excellence, with the ability to manage complex programs, align cross-functional teams, and engage senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program and delivery management, PMO leadership, and data transformation concepts, while effectively translating strategy into execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale data or digital transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in delivery management and PMO leadership for multi-year, multi-workstream programs.
- Solid understanding of data transformation concepts, including data platforms, integration, analytics, and modernization efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with experience creating executive-ready materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
· Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
