Summary
Product Analyst responsible for driving product ownership, requirements management, healthcare business analysis, and Azure API-based integration initiatives for Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, Revenue Cycle Management, Payer, and Claims Processing platforms.
Responsibilities: -
- Understand client interfacing systems and prepare detailed business and functional specification documents.
- Work as a Product Owner by translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and communication across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
- Simplify complex business requirements into clear and understandable functional specifications.
- Support Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, RCM, Payer, and Claims Processing initiatives.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work closely with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support API-related requirements and integration discussions involving Azure environments.
- Provide training to customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions when required.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

- Strong domain expertise in Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payer, and Claims Processing.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Experience gathering requirements, preparing specification documents, and managing business requirements.
- Experience working as a Product Owner and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong requirements management, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with Azure APIs and integration-related requirements.
- Capability to work closely with Scrum teams at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to train customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions.
