About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer with proven leadership experience to take on a dual role as a hands-on engineer and Senior Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both iOS and Android development, with the ability to architect, build, and scale mobile applications while guiding a team toward technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

Mobile Development Expertise:
- Android: Strong proficiency in native Kotlin.
- iOS: Solid experience with Swift framework.
Proven track record of delivering production-grade mobile applications.
Experience in leading technical teams, setting coding standards, and reviewing code.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
Prior experience in a startup or product-driven environment.
