Pay: Starting at $24.50/hr. (DOE)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machinist Technician to operate and set up various machining equipment to produce precision parts. Responsibilities include:

• Operate CNC machinery, lathes, drill presses, mills, routers, grinding machines, brakes, shears, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, process sheets, sketches, and CAD drawings.
• Set up machines, make necessary adjustments, and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Cut and shape metal materials to meet precise specifications and tolerances.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, jigs, and fixtures.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with established quality control procedures.
• Follow all safety requirements, including PPE, chemical handling, and required safety training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and department management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering and CAD drawings.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, ID/OD measuring tools, and micrometers.
• Experience operating and setting up machining equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently under general supervision.

Schedule & Overtime:

9/80 work schedule.

Available shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Weekend shifts also available.
