Job Details

Join an established precision manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced CNC Operator-2nd shift. This on-site role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to support a growing production environment.

Hours: 2nd shift
Days: Monday-Friday 230pm-11pm

Job Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances using micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
Perform machine setup adjustments, including tooling, offsets, and compensation.
Conduct routine equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor adjustments.
Troubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
Maintain accurate production, machine operation, and quality inspection records.
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience.
Experience performing machine setups and working with CNC tooling and equipment.
Ability to produce and inspect parts to tight tolerances.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient with micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and handle materials.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
