QA Engineer Lead

This full-time role is ideal for a senior QA Automation leader who brings both hands-on depth and strategic vision-someone who can define testing direction while actively contributing to automation across .NET/WPF desktop platforms and React-based web applications.

You'll play a key role in shaping quality strategy for intelligent, data-driven systems, ensuring robust validation across application layers, services, and underlying data stores. This is an opportunity to influence engineering standards, mentor others, and build scalable automation frameworks that support sophisticated financial technology products.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated leadership in QA Automation, including defining test strategy, setting technical direction, and guiding engineers in building scalable Selenium-based frameworks using .NET (WPF) and React
• Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, including complex queries, data validation, and backend test verification in data-intensive systems
• Deep experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines within cloud environments (AWS preferred), supporting high-availability, production-grade platforms

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience validating AI/ML-driven systems, including testing model outputs, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration
• Exposure to containerized and cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable test execution
• Proficiency in API and performance testing using tools such as Postman, JMeter, or comparable frameworks
