Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience, including extensive expertise in Salesforce development, Salesforce Health Cloud, and recent healthcare domain experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that support healthcare operations, patient engagement, and care management initiatives. This is an onsite role in Nashville, TN.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and customization.
• Recent experience working in the Healthcare domain (Provider, Payer, Healthcare Services, or Digital Health).
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data migration.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required; Health Cloud Accreditation or Consultant certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud applications and customizations.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
• Configure Health Cloud features including patient management, care plans, referrals, assessments, and provider relationships.
• Integrate Salesforce with healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR platforms using APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and healthcare stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Salesforce security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management activities.
• Create technical documentation and mentor junior Salesforce developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards.
• Exposure to HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
