Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Local candidates preferred to come on-site on an as-needed basis)
Role Overview
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to support our team. This position will help with risk assessment, controls assessments, and metrics and data analysis. The role involves cross-functional work with different stakeholders and presents an opportunity to contribute to the organization's security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct third-party risk assessments.
- Perform controls assessments and auditing.
- Utilize ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking and managing security tasks.
- Develop metrics and perform data analysis to report on security posture.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with a team of approximately four others and multiple stakeholders on security initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or a similar role is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ServiceNow, JIRA, and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Experience in auditing and third-party risk assessment is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- CRISC or CISSP certifications are preferred.
- Direct experience in risk management.
- An understanding of retail or supply chain operations.
- Effective communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
