Summary
Now Hiring: Grafana Technical SME
Location: Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Local candidates preferred candidates already located in Dallas or Jersey City will be prioritized.
Required Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with Grafana dashboard design and implementation
Strong experience with Grafana Cloud and cloud migration
Strong Python scripting and automation experience
Proven experience with APM and observability tooling
Hands-on expertise in log tracing, RCA, and troubleshooting distributed applications
Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud integrations
Experience with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, and Splunk
Experience with Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting for observability deployments
Experience configuring SLO-based alerting and optimizing observability platforms
