Description
- Systemone is seeking an experienced ATM Consultant with deep expertise in ATM technologies, software stacks, and emerging innovations in the ATM and Video Banking
- space.
- This role requires a highly technical and client-facing professional capable of designing enterprise-grade ATM solutions, leading strategy discussions, and guiding engineering teams in delivering scalable and resilient banking technology solutions.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ATM platforms, Java/SpringBoot development, API and microservices architecture, and Agile delivery environments.
Position Description
As an ATM Consultant, you will lead the design, development, integration, and support of ATM software solutions and Video Banking applications. You will collaborate with cross-
functional technology teams, drive technical strategies, and provide leadership in implementing secure and scalable ATM solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ATM software stack solutions
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using Java and SpringBoot
• Integrate Video Banking applications with ATM platforms
• Troubleshoot and support server-based ATM applications
• Work within Core and NDC-based HOST environments
• Lead client discussions and provide strategic direction in ATM technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration and solution delivery
• Drive Agile development processes and enforce engineering best practices
• Lead solution scalability, resilience, craftsmanship, and availability initiatives
• Support CI/CD activities, deployments, bug fixes, and testing automation
• Mentor and guide engineering teams within the ATM technology space
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and senior leadership stakeholders
Required Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the ATM domain
• 3+ years of experience with Java and SpringBoot technologies
• 2+ years of experience building APIs and Microservices
• Experience integrating Video Banking applications with ATM systems
• Experience working with Windows and Android Tablet devices
• Strong understanding of Core and NDC-based HOST environments
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong client-facing leadership experience
• Experience across various phases of SDLC
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading ATM transformation or modernization initiatives
• Ability to define strategy and provide technical direction in ATM ecosystems
• Experience mentoring and developing technical talent
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred
