Summary

At The Coca-Cola Company, we are driving the next wave of innovation by combining technology, security, and operational excellence to deliver beverages that delight consumers around the world. Our global manufacturing network is a cornerstone of that mission-and securing its technology environments is essential to ensuring safety, reliability, and resilience across the Coca-Cola system.

As digital transformation accelerates and manufacturing becomes increasingly connected through Industry 4.0 and IIoT technologies, strengthening cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) environments is more critical than ever. This is where you come in.

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Manufacturing OT Cybersecurity who can lead programs that protect industrial control systems, plant networks, and connected production assets across our worldwide manufacturing and supply chain operations. In this role, you will combine deep cybersecurity expertise with an understanding of operational environments to safeguard critical infrastructure without compromising production continuity or performance.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in industrial settings, influencing cross-functional teams, and innovating with secure architectures for complex OT ecosystems. If you are passionate about building cyber resilience in manufacturing environments and shaping how Coca-Cola secures the future of beverage production, this role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact at global scale.
What You'll Do for Us
  • Lead manufacturing OT cybersecurity programs that span production facilities, warehouses, and industrial environments, prioritizing risk reduction and operational continuity.
  • Design and implement secure OT architectures for ICS, SCADA systems, PLCs, DCS environments, IIoT solutions, and plant networks.
  • Establish and maintain OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks aligned to ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and digital technology teams to embed cybersecurity into operational processes, smart factory initiatives, and modernization projects.
  • Conduct OT risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and threat modeling for industrial environments to strengthen cyber resilience.
  • Support segmentation strategies and secure connectivity solutions between IT and OT environments while minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts in OT environments, including threat detection, monitoring, and recovery activities to address emerging threats like ransomware.
  • Oversee implementation of OT security technologies such as asset inventory tools, network monitoring solutions, anomaly detection systems, and secure remote access platforms.
  • Manage third-party vendors, OEMs, and system integrators to ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity requirements during solution design and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery processes tailored to manufacturing operations and critical plant systems.
  • Build cybersecurity awareness and training programs for plant leadership, engineers, and production teams to promote a culture of security.
  • Lead and mentor cybersecurity professionals, fostering collaboration and capability-building across regional and global manufacturing organizations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant experience in OT, ICS, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks, industrial networking protocols, ICS/SCADA systems, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct OT risk assessments, implement technical controls, and enhance cybersecurity maturity within industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IIoT technologies, and cyber resilience strategies for connected manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with OT security tools including network monitoring, anomaly detection, and asset inventory solutions.
  • Ability to lead incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability remediation efforts in industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to OT and manufacturing security.
  • Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across operations, engineering, and digital technology teams.
  • Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, IEC 62443, or similar preferred.
What We'll Do for You
  • Provide the opportunity to shape how The Coca-Cola Company secures its global manufacturing network during a time of rapid digital transformation.
  • Offer exposure to cutting-edge smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives while ensuring resilience against evolving cyber threats.
  • Enable collaboration across a dynamic mix of manufacturing, engineering, and technology professionals working toward shared operational goals.
  • Invest in your growth through continuous learning opportunities in cybersecurity, industrial automation, and digital operations leadership.
