Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems, along with hands-on experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS).

This role requires a developer who can work in a fast-paced enterprise environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services following enterprise best practices.
Develop and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka for messaging and streaming.
Work with Spring Integration framework to support and enhance internal platforms such as Photon/Fraud Risk s Watch Tower framework.
Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments, leveraging services such as ECS, API Gateway, S3, SNS, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, and Secrets Manager.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries using relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git/Bitbucket and modern build tools.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
Follow SDLC best practices and work in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Java application development.
Strong experience with Core Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, REST Services, Spring Integration).
Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.
Experience developing microservices-based architectures.
Cloud experience with AWS, including services such as ECS, S3, SNS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, and Secrets Manager.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket and modern build tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
