You will be one-half of a high-velocity "Impact Pod." Unlike traditional roles, this position requires a "Co-Pilot First" mindset. You will leverage Generative AI tools to bypass low-value tasks, focusing 90% of your energy on high-level architecture, complex business logic, and rapid feature delivery within the .NET/React ecosystem.

Core Competencies

• The Stack: Deep expertise in C# / .NET 8+ and React (TypeScript). You should be comfortable moving from a Web API middleware to a complex React hook in a single sprint.
• AI Orchestration: Expert-level proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Dev. You don't just use AI to finish lines; you use it to refactor entire modules and generate comprehensive test suites.
• System Design: Ability to build for "10x scale" understanding distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and Azure/AWS cloud-native patterns.
• Pairing DNA: You thrive in a collaborative environment. You believe that two heads (plus an AI) are faster than one.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features using AI-assisted workflows.
• Maintain a "Clean Code" standard that allows your pod partner to jump into any file instantly.
