About the Role

In this role, you will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance across large-scale Software Engineering initiatives. You will work on complex, multi-dimensional engineering challenges that require deep analysis, critical thinking, and the ability to assess unprecedented or ambiguous situations. Your work will directly support the success of enterprise-level initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, offering consultative guidance, influencing technical decisions, and helping drive operational excellence across engineering teams.
Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on complex, large-scale Software Engineering initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate technical challenges that involve multiple variables, ambiguity, or long-term strategic impact.
• Contribute to the resolution of multi-faceted engineering problems requiring an in-depth understanding of technical and organizational considerations.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Partner strategically with client stakeholders to influence decisions and optimize outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active ServiceNow certifications: CSA and CAD (required).
• Hands-on experience with CMDB integration development.
• Strong development experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency in creating and updating Script Includes.
• Experience building and integrating APIs.
• Working knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro is a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent combination of:
  - Professional work experience
  - Consulting experience
  - Training or certifications
  - Military experience
  - Formal education
