Required Experience & Compensation:

Mid-Level Developers

• Experience: 3–5 Years

• Salary Range: USD 85,000 – USD 95,000 per annum

Senior Developers

• Experience: 5–7+ Years

• Salary Range: USD 110,000 – USD 130,000+ per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Work on REST APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud-based applications

• Ensure software quality, security, and scalability standards are maintained

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, C#, or related programming languages

• Experience with Full Stack or Backend Development

• Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture

• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience working in remote/distributed teams

• Exposure to enterprise-level application development

• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
