We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of complex audit, review, and compilation engagements. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, and has a passion for delivering high-quality financial audits.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Audit Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing a diverse range of audit, review, and compilation engagements for a variety of clients in the Accounting + Finance industry.
2. Reviewing client's financial statements, accounting records, and operations.
3. Identifying areas of risk and assessing the effectiveness of the client's internal controls.
4. Preparing detailed audit reports and communicating findings to management and stakeholders.
5. Providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the client's financial management and control processes.
6. Supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, providing them with guidance and feedback.
7. Staying updated with current accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a strong emphasis on financial statement audits.
3. Proven experience in leading audit, review, and compilation engagements.
4. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw logical conclusions.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
8. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
