VDC (BIM) Project Manager Plumbing & Piping
Join a fastgrowing team delivering cuttingedge BIM. We re looking for a seasoned VDC Project Manager who can drive productivity, elevate quality, and lead a highperforming Plumbing/Piping VDC group from preconstruction through fabrication.
What You ll Lead
Supervise VDC Specialists & Spoolers; manage BIM subcontractors.
Own BIM strategy, coordination, clash management, and model accuracy.
Partner with Project Managers to keep schedules tight and information flowing.
Run coordination meetings, assign clashes, and maintain project standards.
Support layout teams (Trimble RTS) and ensure seamless field communication.
Balance workloads, track progress, and maintain project activity schedules.
Contribute to recruiting and developing top VDC talent.
What You Bring
10+ years of mechanical construction design/fabrication experience.
Strong leadership experience managing technical teams.
Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Fabrication CADmep; solid Microsoft Office skills.
Sharp analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
High integrity, organization, and a drive to deliver excellence.
