Senior Dayforce Implementation Consultant (Benefits/Payroll) – Canada
6-month contract
100% remote (Canada only)
Schedule: Must work EST hours
Eligibility: Candidates must have resided in Canada for the past five years

Two (2) Dayforce Benefits Consultants
Two (2) Dayforce Payroll Consultants
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce Benefits or Payroll modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure, test, and deploy Dayforce solutions.
Support integrations, data migration, and system troubleshooting.
Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and IT teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Assist with testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Dayforce implementation and configuration experience.
Strong technical background with multiple end-to-end Dayforce implementations.
Experience with Dayforce integrations, data conversion, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
