🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex data integration and application development projects.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that data pipelines, API integrations, and low-code solutions are delivered on time and aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on technical background in ETL and modern data platforms, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management:
  Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data-centric projects while ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.

• Integration Oversight:
  Manage API-based integrations and automated workflows using tools like Workato, Logic Apps, or Boomi.

• Technical Roadmap & Documentation:
  Collaborate with engineering teams to create technical design documents, maintain project documentation, and manage repositories (GitHub).

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Conduct discovery sessions and facilitate As-Is / To-Be workshops to gather and document requirements.

• Agile Delivery:
  Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups using Agile methodologies and tools like GitHub Enterprise.

• Resource Governance:
  Oversee configuration and governance of collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) to ensure secure project delivery.

• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure data solutions and reporting (Power BI) meet accuracy, performance, and quality benchmarks.

🛠️ Technical Competencies

• Data Platforms & ETL:
  Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse), SQL Server (T-SQL), ADF, SSIS

• Integration & Low-Code:
  Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Workato, Logic Apps, Boomi, or Informatica

• Development Knowledge:
  Understanding of CI/CD and familiarity with Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash)

• Modern Web Stacks:
  Exposure to frameworks like React, Angular, or Svelte

• M365 Expertise:
  Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Teams APIs, and admin configurations

🎓 Professional Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

• Experience:
  2–4 years in technical project management or data engineering

• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Leadership:
  Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

• Experience with GitHub Enterprise / Project Management tools

• Strong Power BI data management and reporting experience

• Exposure to legacy system migrations (e.g., Progress RDBMS)
