Test Technician - PSP Development & ManufacturingPay Rate: $35.74 - $43.14/hour
Location: Raymond, OH
We are seeking an experienced
Test Technician for a contract opportunity supporting
PSP Development & Manufacturing. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in
lab testing, equipment troubleshooting, and prototype fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and support standardized testing procedures with accuracy and safety
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment to component level
- Use lab scheduling and data management systems for test tracking and reporting
- Fabricate or modify components to meet engineering design specifications
- Break testing into defined tasks and help coordinate work across technicians
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of related technical experience OR
- Associate degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in lab environments, testing, or manufacturing support
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable operating equipment and working in a lab setting
