Summary
SAP EAM (PM) Consultant
25% a month travel to Bismarck, North Dakota. Expenses paid by client.
- Lead SAP EAM/PM design and configuration to improve asset reliability and maintenance execution for heavy utility assets (turbines, generators, transformers).
Key responsibilities
- Configure equipment/funct. location hierarchy, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and work orders.
- Implement preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance and shutdown planning.
- Integrate PM with MM (spare parts), PS (capital projects) and CO for cost tracking.
- Implement measurement points, condition-based maintenance, and reporting for asset KPIs.
- Deliver training and change management to maintenance operations.
Must-have
- 6+ years SAP PM/EAM experience; 2+ full-cycle implementations in utilities/heavy industry.
- Deep knowledge of maintenance strategies, technical objects, and inventory integration.
- Experience with S/4HANA EAM preferred.
- US work authorization; available for ~25% monthly travel to Bismarck, ND (expenses paid).
Nice-to-have
- Experience with SAP Fiori/mobile maintenance, APM/predictive maintenance tools, EAM certification.
