Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Warehouse Architect to design, maintain, and enhance enterprise data warehouse solutions on a Teradata platform.

Location: Lansing, MI (Must reside within 90 miles)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site mandatory every Wed & Thu)

Interview Process: Single-round virtual interview (Technical + Behavioral)

Key Responsibilities & Highlights

Architect and build Data Warehouse BI applications, ETL pipelines, data marts, and interactive dashboards.

Collaborate with data modelers to transition logical designs into high-performance physical database structures.

Direct code development, perform data reconciliation, and optimize query/reporting performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

6+ Years: Data Warehouse & BI Development (ETL, Data Marts, Dashboards, Reporting).

2+ Years: Domain experience in Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or related social/human services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent technical study.

Strong Plus / Preferred Skills

Teradata Tools: SQL Assistant & Teradata Studio expertise.

Methodologies: Experience with Agile / State-level project management standards (e.g., SUITE/PMM).

Leadership: Ability to work independently with minimal direction and guide junior developers.
