Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager

An organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Servicing Modernization initiative. This role is responsible for managing the integrated project plan, ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are accurately maintained across project planning and reporting tools.

The Project Manager will ensure that work tracked in JIRA is consistently and accurately reflected in Microsoft Project / Project Online (Planner). The role will also support the development of project reporting and executive-level updates, providing leadership and stakeholders with clear visibility into status, risks, progress, and key milestones.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating across IT, business teams, and executive stakeholders within a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the integrated project plan for a servicing modernization initiative.

Review project activity, tasks, milestones, and dependencies in JIRA and ensure alignment with Microsoft Project / Project Online (Planner).

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and overall project health.

Prepare project-level status reporting and executive updates.

Develop well-structured, executive-ready materials that support informed review and decision-making.

Partner with IT teams, business partners, and stakeholders to gather updates, validate information, and maintain alignment.

Track, manage, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and action items that may impact delivery.

Support project governance, accountability, and follow-through across the initiative.

Work effectively within a complex, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting large, complex initiatives.

Strong experience managing an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Microsoft Project / Project Online / Planner.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with IT teams, business partners, and executive leadership.

Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to translate detailed project activity into a clear, accurate, and actionable integrated plan.

Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment (on-site presence required several days per week).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries (e.g., insurance or healthcare).

Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SPN, or Miro.

Experience producing executive-ready reports, dashboards, or presentation materials.

Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-scale environment.

Employment Details

Job Type: Contract or Full-Time (based on engagement)

Duration: Approximately 12 months (if contract)

Work Environment: Hybrid (Onsite required)
