AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to join our growing team.

Job Description:

The Senior Software Engineer Cloud EPM is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise scale Cloud EPM solutions to enable financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Highly skilled techno-functional who has deep understood of EPM Cloud, EPBCS, Cost Allocations, Strategic modelling, ARCS, FCCS and ERP Integrations.

Responsibilities/Experience:

This individual will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining enterprise solutions, managing data extractions, loading and reconciliation tasks, and developing financial reports.

  • Experienced in design, configure, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM modules including, Planning (PBCS / EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting and Reporting & Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, Groovy scripts, and automation processes.
  • Design dimensional models, metadata structures, hierarchies, and security frameworks aligned with finance requirements.
  • Build and support inbound/outbound integrations ensuring smooth data flow between systems using Data Management (DM/FDMEE concepts), REST APIs, EPM Automate, OIC or other middleware tools.
  • Automate data loads, metadata refreshes, close processes, and reconciliations.
  • Experienced in production support for Cloud EPM applications, Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues, Lead upgrades, patch validations, and environment refresh activities. Design, develop and maintain BIP reports to meet business and reporting needs.
  • Optimize application performance, calculations, and data volumes.
  • Implement testing strategies including unit testing, regression testing, and automation where applicable.
  • Enforce governance, version control, and change management standards across EPM environments.
  • Serve as a technical lead on EPM initiatives and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and functional analysts.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and external vendors.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations for Oracle ARCS and FCCS within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.
  • This role focuses on data integration, automation, close process enablement, and system interoperability with source systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud, legacy GLs, and data warehouses.
  • The position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and automated financial close and reconciliation processes and deliver scalable secure and high performance EPM applications while having a learning, growth mind set and promoting best practices.
  • Extensive experience with EPM Cloud (Enterprise Performance Management) and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
  • Strong expertise in Cost Allocations and Strategic Modeling and good understanding of Financial close and consolidation processes, Reconciliations and account analysis.
  • Solid experience with ERP Integrations, within Oracle environments. Proven experience implementing OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for data extraction, loading, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining BIP Reports.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) concepts and month end close practices and intercompany accounting and eliminations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide practical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ w/Bachelor s degree
  • Experience designing and developing highly scalable and secure Applications and Products
  • BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • MS is a plus.
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications on Azure or similar cloud platform.

Desired Skills:

  • Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience (multiple cycles preferred), Experience in Oracle cloud ERP is a plus.
  • Exposure to SOX controls and audit compliance and Oracle EPM certifications (ARCS, FCCS, or EPM Cloud) is nice to have.
