Summary

Role: Agentic AI Engineer Location: Austin, TX or Charlotte, NC(Onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build and deploy agentic AI solutions across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). You will build AI agents, tool integrations, and developer-productivity extensions, and run them in production on AWS.
Hands on Agent Developer (Claude SDK, CLI, Skills and Plugin development). Person need to be excellent public speaker and extremely good at articulating problem and solving using AI. Claude Certified Eng with AWS Cloud knowledge is must.
Key Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI applications using Agent SDKs (e.g., Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph)
Build and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools that connect agents to internal systems and APIs
Create reusable skills, plugins, and extensions for AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
Use AI coding tools daily to speed up development, testing, documentation, and code reviews
Deploy, monitor, and scale agentic AI applications
Write infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm for repeatable deployments
Work with product and engineering teams to find PDLC workflows that can be automated with AI

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Agent SDKs, tool/function calling, and MCP servers
Extensive daily use of Claude, Cursor, and/or Copilot in development workflows
Experience building skills, plugins, or custom extensions for AI coding tools
Experience deploying AI applications to AWS
Working knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Amazon EKS, Amazon S3, and AWS IAM
Understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

Experience with .NET / C#
Experience with Angular
Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, and guardrails
Experience with prompt engineering and RAG patterns
