POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seekingaProject Manager toexecute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate willhave a proventrack recordof leadingSupervisors andConstructionManagers andeffectively manageprojects to satisfy customer expectations.They will be deadline driven, accountable, andprocess a strong work with and anALL INmindset to drive results

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
  • Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
  • Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
  • Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issueresolutionsto customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
  • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
  • Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors,Field Inspectors,and field teams;responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
  • Drives team KPI?s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
  • Upholds ADB?s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
  • Performadditionalresponsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
  • This roleoperatesout of an environmentally controlled office environment
  • When on project sites, will berequiredto wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 3-5+ years of technical field experienceand/or project management experiencerequired
  • 2-3+ years ofleadership experiencerequired
  • Bachelor\'sdegree or equivalent preferred
  • Highschooldiploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver?s license with the ability to travel nationwide isrequired
