SAP G Invoicing Consultant
Requires: Remote (25% travel to Kansas City, MO may required)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of SAP G-Invoicing functionality for both Requesting and Servicing Agencies.
- Collaborate with business process owners and technical teams to define G-Invoicing requirements and perform fit/gap analysis.
- Configure and troubleshoot G-Invoicing-related processes, including General Terms and Conditions (GT&Cs), Orders, and Performance transactions.
- Integrate G-Invoicing with core SAP modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and provide training and support to end-users.
- Assist in data migration activities related to G-Invoicing implementation.
- Provide ongoing production support and maintenance, including error monitoring and resolution.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and process flows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 2 years of direct experience with the SAP G-Invoicing solution.
- Strong understanding of federal financial management regulations and processes, including Intragovernmental Payment and Collection (IPAC).
- Demonstrated experience in SAP configuration across multiple modules, including FI/CO and either SD or MM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certification in a relevant module (e.g., S/4HANA Finance, S/4HANA Sales).
- Experience with other federal financial systems or modules.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging skills.
