Job Title: Senior Technical Risk Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Risk Analyst to identify, assess, monitor, and manage technology and IT-related risks across the organization. The role will work with technology, security, compliance, and business teams to strengthen risk management practices and ensure effective controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess IT, technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
• Conduct risk assessments for systems, applications, infrastructure, and technology projects.
• Monitor risk indicators, issues, and control gaps and recommend mitigation actions.
• Work with IT and business teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Review and assess technology controls for effectiveness and compliance.
• Maintain risk registers, assessments, action plans, and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required risk and control information.
• Monitor emerging technology and cybersecurity risks and assess their potential business impact.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support the development and improvement of IT risk management policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with security, compliance, audit, and technology teams on risk-related activities.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on risk assessment and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management, controls, and governance.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, applications, and data-related risks.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar is preferred.
• Experience with risk assessment and GRC tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple risks, issues, and priorities effectively.
