Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems & Network Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across Microsoft environments, Windows Server infrastructure, and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting expertise, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience supporting both wired and wireless network environments in an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity management, access control, and security configurations

• Perform day-to-day Microsoft administration tasks, ensuring system reliability and compliance with organizational standards

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimization

• Provide advanced network troubleshooting for wired and wireless infrastructure, resolving connectivity and performance issues

• Deliver high-quality customer service and end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests

• Work with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy to manage user accounts, policies, and domain services

• Support and maintain network wiring closets, ensuring proper cabling, labeling, and equipment organization

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network switches, including experience with Ruckus switches

• Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Deskpro) to document incidents, track resolutions, and meet SLA requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements
