We are seeking a
Principal Test Systems Test Execution Lead (TEL) to join our clients team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, on-site role involves leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, managing multiple projects, and collaborating closely with program offices and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all phases of program execution from inception to completion.
- Serve as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for cross-functional engineering teams.
- Manage test teams across electrical, software, mechanical disciplines.
- Coordinate project operations within program guidelines.
- Execute Earned Value Management (EVM) in collaboration with finance and planning.
- Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements.
- Align project tasks with functional organizations to meet objectives.
- Support proposal development, budgeting, and contract management.
- Communicate performance metrics to leadership and customers.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in EVMS and program management.
- Experience in test systems engineering (hardware/software), integration, validation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with program management tools: EVMS, IMP, IMS, Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, EAC, and financial reporting.
- Ability to generate Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Must hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- EVMS or Program Management certification (Raytheon PM Level 6 or equivalent).
- Proven IPTL experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in small to medium program execution.
- Understanding of engineering lifecycle: development to maintenance.
- Proposal and contract management experience.
- Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Unit Under Test (UUT).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
