Job Description: | Client is seeking a Vertical Marketing Specialist to join our winning team. This role supports vertical field marketing managers (Healthcare and Financial Services) with marketing programs, and operational processes with the objective of reaching target accounts, generating MQLs, and increasing pipeline.The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who can do the hands-on work of managing logistics and online and offline details for projects taking place in person or virtually. This is a great opportunity to learn, be mentored, and grow in your marketing career. This is a full-time, hourly position for a remote worker (preferably east coast) within the United States. What you'll do:
Assist with program and event logistics like venue research, vendor management and sourcing, and swag shipment and tracking.
Assist with procurement and financial processes related to regional marketing programs.
Assist with pulling, enriching, and presenting field marketing program data like attendees/registrants per segment, open pipeline across registrations, account owners for 3rd party lists, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Operations, SDR Teams, Finance and the Regional Field Marketing teams to coordinate deliverables of programs
Support Sr. Regional Marketing Managers with various other special projects.
Travel as needed to support FSI and HLS events (up to 15%) What you bring:
1-2 years of experience in Marketing
Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Slides and Docs)
Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative
Proven ability to work well with all levels of management and peers.
Excellent Project Management skills
Close attention to detail with an emphasis on process management and meeting critical deadlines
Experience in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
Experience with events is a plus. A knack for managing tight deadlines, multiple moving pieces, and last-minute changes that come along with an event coordination role.
