JD:
Required Qualifications
7+ years of firmware or embedded systems development experience.
Strong C/C++ and Embedded Linux expertise.
Experience with PCIe architecture, PCIe switches, and server platform firmware.
Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration and low-level debugging.
Familiarity with data center, storage, AI, or HPC platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Broadcom PCIe switch technologies (Atlas/PEX family).
Knowledge of UEFI, BMC/XClarity, Redfish, CXL, GPUs, and accelerator-based systems.
Experience working with OEM server platforms and platform validation teams.
Success Criteria
Successful Atlas 3 enablement across targeted platforms.
Minimal disruption to existing Atlas 2 products.
Accelerated qualification, improved platform stability, and timely product readiness.
