Job Description:
Join our team in a full-time capacity as a Controller in Statesville, NC.
This role involves overseeing accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insights for decision-making.
Experience in handling accounting systems and financial records is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Develop and document accounting procedures and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company.
Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant.
Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheets.
