Summary
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, preferably on Health Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Benefits Administration processes within healthcare or insurance industries.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions in regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud features and capabilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, HITECH.
- Strong skills in data modeling, identity and access management, and system integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Health Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer are highly preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Familiarity with enterprise healthcare applications and standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Git.
