Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Software Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the M365 Intune project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MS SQL Server, Microsoft SSIS, and .NET (C# and VB.NET) and a proven ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable database-driven solutions that automate lifecycle processes and improve banking applications. This role is onsite and requires an ASAP start. GLIDER assessment may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Contribute to story refinement, requirements definition, and estimation.
- Partner with BAs and PMs to define requirements and build project plans.
- Develop code and unit tests that meet acceptance criteria and compliance standards.
- Resolve technical complexities and support story delivery.
- Enhance and maintain integration, regression, and performance test suites; analyze reports and triage issues.
- Document deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality details.
- Participate in and coach peers through CI/CD events, including branching, pull requests, triage, merge resolution, and release notes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of SQL Server development experience.
- 1+ years of SSIS development and deployment experience.
- C# and VB.NET experience for developing SSIS packages.
- Proficiency in coding stored procedures from simple to highly complex.
- Commitment to code quality and testing best practices.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment with Jira.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Git or Bitbucket for source control.
- Experience with JIRA and Horizon systems for ticketing and release management.
