SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to support a rapidly growing SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will support ongoing business operations, upcoming transformation initiatives, and expanding partner integrations across the organization.

The ideal candidate is business-centric with strong SAP functional and technical knowledge, capable of bridging business operations and IT teams while helping formalize processes and support future-state system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal SAP teams and external partners on upcoming transformation initiatives
• Support and coordinate integrations between SAP and third-party applications
• Application Management Services (AMS) - provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot SAP integrations and trading partner connections
• Assist in documenting and formalizing business process development standards and workflows
• Help evaluate and formulate the future SAP application and integration landscape
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify operational improvements and process efficiencies
• Provide functional and technical guidance related to SAP Fiori applications and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments, preferably post-migration/transformation environments
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, particularly AR/AP operations
• Experience with SAP integrations and middleware platforms, preferably Boomi
• Familiarity with trading partner integrations and connected business systems
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori interface and navigation
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, supply chain, high-growth operational environments
• Prior experience in transformation or modernization projects.
• Functional knowledge across SAP modules emphasis on SD
• Exposure to integration architecture with Boomi and enterprise systems planning
