Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst (SAP/TMS) - Remote position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $90.00 - 99.00 per hour, W2 This role involves applying a deep understanding of business needs to create and improve process and technology solutions within the Transportation Management System (TMS) space, aligned with a global template. The ideal candidate will guide business customers through case development, support third-party carrier payment integration, and gather requirements for new deployments.
Responsibilities: - Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the TMS / OBC space, always aligned with the Global template
- Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis
- Support the Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution
- Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional product lines
- Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned objects
- Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide new user training on supported applications as requested
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
- Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests, as well as cutover and hypercare support
Requirements: - 4 years IT business analyst road TMS experience
- 1 year SAP FTM experience
- 2 years TMS integration experience
- Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams
- All work to be completed in the CST time zone
- Excellent communication, organization and thought delivery skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage
- Efficient time manager with strong collaboration skills
Desired skills: - SAP TM experience
- Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience
- Snowflake Integration experience
