Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quadient Developer with hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire (DC and Scaler) to support the development and maintenance of customer correspondence solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing document generation solutions that produce letters and communications for end customers. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration within Agile teams to deliver high-quality customer communication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and maintain customer correspondence applications that generate letters, documents, and communications for end customers.
•    Work with Quadient Inspire Data Composition (DC) and Quadient Scaler for document generation and processing.
•    Design, configure, and support document templates and correspondence workflows.
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into document composition solutions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
•    Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
•    Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to document generation and correspondence applications.
•    Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and quality standards.
•    Maintain documentation and support ongoing enhancements to correspondence systems.
Required Skills
•    6+  years of overall IT experience.
•    Minimum 3+ year of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire DC and Quadient Scaler.
•    3 years of experience developing customer correspondence applications that generate letters and documents.
•    Strong understanding of customer communication management (CCM) systems.
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with Quadient Designer.
•    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
•    Experience working with enterprise document generation systems.
•    Strong collaboration and communication skills.
