Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS & Incorta BI Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, enterprise analytics, real-time reporting, and BI modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating Oracle EBS data with Incorta, designing enterprise dashboards, and delivering scalable analytics solutions across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Payroll domains.

The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle EBS data models, Incorta architecture, BI/reporting tools, ETL development, and enterprise data integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise analytics solutions using Incorta with Oracle EBS as the primary data source.
• Build and maintain Incorta schemas, business views, dashboards, and real-time reporting solutions.
• Integrate Oracle EBS modules including:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Procurement
• Supply Chain
• Order Management
• Inventory
• HRMS/Payroll
• Migrate legacy reporting solutions from OBIEE, Discoverer, or Oracle BI Apps to Incorta.
• Develop complex SQL queries, Spark SQL transformations, and data models for enterprise analytics.
• Create executive dashboards and operational reports using:
• Incorta
• Tableau
• Power BI
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Design and support ETL/data integration processes using:
• ODI
• Informatica
• PL/SQL
• REST APIs
• Optimize Incorta performance, data loads, and query execution for large-volume Oracle EBS environments.
• Develop data validation, reconciliation, and governance processes to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Implement security models and role-based access controls across Incorta and reporting platforms.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS data models and reporting
• 3+ years of Incorta development/architecture experience
• Expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as:
• Financials
• Procurement
• SCM
• HRMS
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Spark SQL skills
• Experience with OBIEE, Oracle BI Apps, or OAC
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Experience with ETL tools such as ODI or Informatica
• Knowledge of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM integrations
• Exposure to cloud analytics and AI-driven reporting platforms
• Experience in large enterprise or government environments
• Incorta certification preferred
