Summary

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital / IT Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and business analysis efforts for enterprise systems supporting a National Accounts organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements and new solutions align with strategic business initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery within complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Business Analysis
  • Lead requirements elicitation activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions
  • Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Document clear, actionable requirements that are technically feasible and aligned with development standards
  • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and supporting artifacts
  • Track traceability between business requirements and functional/technical design specifications

Stakeholder & Technical Collaboration
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, user communities, and IT teams
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Participate in shaping project scope, requirements, estimates, and solution designs
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and impacts to sponsors, developers, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, presentations, demos, and progress reports

Delivery Support & Governance
  • Support backlog grooming, roadmap development, and prioritization efforts
  • Assist with business case development, ROI modeling, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Participate in testing activities by reviewing test scenarios, assessing defects, and validating releases
  • Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to business stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation repositories and ensure project artifacts are accurate and current
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor progress and evaluate delivery effectiveness


Requirements

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field
  • OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience

Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of experience as a Digital or IT Business Analyst
  • Strong experience with:
  • Requirements elicitation for enterprise systems and internal applications
  • Swimlane diagramming and business process modeling
  • Agile, Waterfall, and BABOK methodologies
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Basic SQL
  • Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
  • Data mapping concepts
  • CCBA or CBAP certification preferred
