Location: Alameda, CA 3 Days Hybrid (Mandatory) (F2f required after initial video interview) - Open for C2C/W2

We are looking for a skilled React Native Engineer to support the ongoing development and maintenance of a cross-platform mobile application. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality mobile experiences on both iOS and Android platforms, working closely with product, de, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust React Native applications for iOS and Android
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Integrate third-party APIs and native modules when required
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvements
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the React Native ecosystem
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile app architecture
- Experience deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and Git
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices
- Ability to debug performance issues and memory leaks
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with native development (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java)
- Familiarity with Fastlane, Firebase, CodePush, etc.
- Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
- Prior experience working on applications with large user bases or complex architecture
