- Support the CTI-391 SAP ERP Modernization Implementation initiative.
- This is a large, cross-functional transformation program involving business, operations, technology, and other key stakeholder groups.
- The Project Manager will drive project execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, schedules, financial tracking, governance, and readiness activities through successful delivery..

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
- Plan and coordinate closely with business/function area managers, cross-functional subject matter experts, and key project team members to drive project activities and issue resolution.
- Work closely with and provide direction to business, operations, and technology leads to support program needs.
- Ensure project activities remain aligned to expected benefits realization and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain appropriate project risk management plans and ensure adherence to company requirements.
- Follow PMLC methodology, risk management routines, and project governance activities.
- Engage key stakeholders to identify, understand, and mitigate cross-team concerns, dependencies, and differences.
- Lead discussions to develop resolution paths and keep project activities on schedule with appropriate risk mitigation.
- Lead multiple teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.
- Manage project budget forecasts and actuals in accordance with finance and reporting processes.
- Create, maintain, analyze, and manage project schedules and variances; develop recommendations and action plans to address negative variances and project issues.
- Prepare executive dashboards and project health reporting for key leadership stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and other materials supporting workstream and governance activities.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to plan, manage, and mitigate risks associated with key deliverables and critical-path activities.
- Coordinate project-related change and support readiness planning, including client communications, teammate communications, and teammate training.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
- Major financial institution (Category 1 or 2 bank) transformative program and/or project management experience.
- Prior SAP ERP project experience (preferably recent experience with SAP S/4 Hana related to Business Data Cloud (BDC), Group Reporting, and/or Project Systems).
- Proven ability to effectively manage complex projects and initiatives, including multiple business partners across different areas as well as large / complex data sets; demonstrated organization skills.
- Proven stakeholder relationship building skills to engage and drive cross team collaboration at the project member and senior management stakeholder levels. Ability to communicate project status with equal effectiveness at all leadership and team member levels from both a project execution and business progression terms.
- Experienced in driving large scale tech-focused programs/projects with large internal and vendor resource teams.
- Ability to create and drive multiple project/workstream schedules in parallel.
- Proactive/driven project management mindset and approach.
- Able to dive into problems with limited background context and help to drive stakeholder group through resolution option identification, resolution option reviews, and resolution option selection activities..

· Background in Accounting and Finance as either a business unit stakeholder or project management role with experience ensuring GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, and profitability.
· Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
· Prior experience with system and user acceptance test planning activities.
· Experience with AI and automation strategy development and execution.
· Experience with data strategy development and execution.
· Prior experience with Rally tool.
· PMP certification.
· Ability to translate conversations with process owners and stakeholders into effective strategic plans, project objectives, and schedules to achieve expected project outcomes.
